Construction of a new modern building will soon begin, consisting of a basement, ground floor and 3rd floor. The building will have an elevator with a total of 11 residential units, 7 garage spaces and five parking spaces. Each residential unit has either a parking lot or a garage and storage. In terms of construction and furnishing, the building will be built to a high standard and will be superbly equipped. The facade of the building will have 8 cm thick stone wool, top thermal, hydro and sound insulation. The staircases will be insulated with 8 cm thick stone wool, and there will be additional insulation inside the apartments. In the living rooms there will be lifting sliding walls of large dimensions with thermal insulation glass.
