New project: Residential building in the most beautiful part of Tucepi

In 2018 construction of another new building in Tučepi, a part of Kamenica, was started, just 100 meters from the beach. The facility will have 16 residential units in the most beautiful part of Tučepi, near the luxury villas, the beautiful Tučep promenade and the beach. The building will have an elevator and will be elevated: ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. a total of 16 apartments. The studios will have large comfortable terraces / balconies overlooking the sea. The building is built to high standards with superior thermal, hydro and sound insulation. The façade of the building is made of a 8 cm thick woolen thermal insulation. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

he companies we work with for the payment in advance will approve a discount of 100 euros per square meter. Parking places are 5,000 euros. The price includes VAT and buyers do not pay real estate tax (4%). Prepayment implies payment in the form of: cca. 10%, - at the end of rough construction works approx. 50%, - after completion of exterior works on the building (finish of the facade) 25%, - remaining 15% on the floor of the building when concluding the purchase contract. We are planning to complete the works until the season 2019.
