The zone's traffic connection to the wider public transport network is achieved by connecting road OS5 (entrance and exit) to state road D8 and connecting road OS7 (exit) to state road D8.

Most of the 15 planned spatial units can be split into smaller building plots, but with respect for the minimum size of the building plots for the possibility of forming buildings on them. The minimum distance of the building (above-ground part) from the edge of the neighboring building plot, or the boundary of the plan, is 4.0 m, and the minimum distance from the road is 6.0 m.
