We are selling building land in Makarska with an approximate area of ​​10,000 m2 for commercial purposes (business), mainly for services. The land is located within the Volicija 1 UPU area, within which the construction of commercial facilities for commercial purposes (K1) is planned.

The planned zone is located between the state road D8 (Adriatic Highway) and the state road D512 (Makarska - Ravča). The traffic network of the zone consists of seven roads named from OS1 to OS7. Roads OS1, OS2, OS3, OS4, OS5 are two-way roads, roads OS2 and OS6 are two-way roads with a dead end at the eastern end, and road OS7, which is a one-way road to the state road D8. The minimum distance of the building (above-ground part) from the edge of the neighboring building plot, or the boundary of the plan, is 4.0 m, and the minimum distance from the road is 6.0 m. Underground parts of the building (basement floors) can be built at a distance of at least 2.00 m from the edge of the neighboring plot, or the boundary of the plan and the road.
